In the last 2 years, I have designed payment experiences that have touched the lives of more than 75 Mn users across the Airtel digital ecosystem. My major projects include designing checkout experience across web and app channels, and leading design for a new charter called Airtel pay which focuses on payment instruments like UPI payments and digital bills payments through BBPS, intended to create a singular destination for users payment needs.

Pitch Perfect was conceptualized and prototyped as a part of Service Design module at NID. The service is designed to help students approach the companies of their choice for projects and jobs. The service was delivered using three custom-designed toolkits during a peer guidance journey over three personalized sessions.

Designed the Strategic media plan along with campaign identity for Government of Gujarat's PNG Sahay Yojana - an extension to PM Ujjwala Yojana.

The project involved Ethnographic field research that aimed to facilitate effective policy trickle down in Bharuch District of Gujarat.

The logo and collaterals were selected as the identity for policy.

ZEFO is an early stage used goods e-commerce startup (recently acquired by Quikr). The project aimed at gauging the brand perception of ZEFO and the overall second-hand market in India through qualitative and quantitative research.

The research covered 1000+ participants through interviews and surveys which helped in discovering consumer insights, based on which the actionable were taken up to enhance the user experience for desired brand perception.

Currently, leading payment experience at Airtel Thanks app (CSP) as a Product Designer. Prior to this, I had completed my Masters in Design, specializing in Strategic Design Management.
